職業災害勞工保護法相關津貼補助

經確診罹患石綿有關疾病與工作有因果關係之勞工，不論有無加保，如達法定失能程度條件，可依職業災害勞工保護法請領職業疾病生活津貼、看護補助，不幸死亡可請領10萬元家屬補助。另勞保被保險人於領取老年給付後始診斷罹患職業疾病致失能，未領勞保相關職災給付，則可依該法第8條第2項規定，請領職業疾病生活津貼。
