一、勞工健康保護規則第3條至第5條規定，事業單位達一定規模者，應僱用或特約醫護人員辦理臨場健康服務之目的，係為協助雇主辦理職場健康管理、選工、配工及職業病預防等勞工健康服務事項，相關辦理事項明定於同規則第10條至第12條，有關職場生物性危害預防及防疫相關措施，亦為所定臨場服務事項之一。
二、查中央流行疫情指揮中心目前所公告具感染風險者之管理措施，係針對特定對象，例如與確診病例接觸者、具國外旅遊警示第三等級之國家或地區之旅遊史者，予以居家隔離、檢疫或自主健康管理；基於前揭勞工臨場健康服務之特定目的及辦理事項之規定，非有法定不得入場之情，仍應依規定辦理。另就疫情之相關管制措施，建議事業單位可依據中央流行疫情指揮中心發布之「企業因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎(COVID-19)疫情持續營運指引」辦理，並可藉由該等醫護人員專業，協助事業單位因應疫情採取安全衛生相關防護措施，以確保勞工安全健康。
