依職業安全衛生管理辦法第3條規定，事業單位應依附表二之規模，置職業安全衛生業務主管及管理人員。鑑於依聯合診所管理辦法設置為聯合診所之各診所間未具承攬或隸屬關係等，如各該診所負責人不同，即應分屬不同事業主體，僅由其一診所醫師負責人為代表人及指派一名工作場所主管代理擔任職業安全衛生業務主管，尚難符合上開規定，且其是否可善盡各診所內部之安全衛生管理事項尚有疑慮。爰二家以上診所設置於同一場所，除仍應依規定分別置職業安全衛生人員外，應協調共用場所及設施等之安全衛生管理事項為宜。
