一、依職業安全衛生教育訓練規則第16條規定略以，雇主對工作場所急救人員，應使其接受急救人員之安全衛生教育訓練。但醫護人員及緊急醫療救護法所定之救護技術員，不在此限。復依同規則第19條規定略以，雇主應使其接受每3年至少3小時之安全衛生在職教育訓練。
二、有關現職勞工健康服務護理人員擔任急救人員之教育訓練應依前開規則辦理，考量衛生福利部對於護理人員另有相關教育訓練規範，爰現職護理人員倘擔任急救人員，無須接受急救人員之安全衛生教育訓練(含在職教育訓練)，惟如該人員於在職期間基於專業成長，擬依前開規則接受每3年至少3小時之安全衛生在職教育訓練，尚無不可。
