依職業安全衛生管理辦法第12條規定，職業安全衛生委員會(以下簡稱委員會)應每3個月至少開會1次，辦理審議、協調及建議安全衛生相關事項，該會議召開區間之計算方式，得參照勞動部108年6月3日勞動關5字第1080125806號函釋勞資會議召開區間計算方式辦理(詳附件案例)；茲列舉如下：
一、規律性定期召開會議：自事業單位成立委員會後，自行訂定3個月(或低於3個月)至少召開1次定期會議。【例如：每年2月15日、5月15日、8月15日及11月15日召開。
二、因應特殊情形召開會議：事業單位因應內部特殊情形，得自訂每3個月（或低於3個月）週期，並於擇定之週期內至少召開1次以上之會議。【例如：事業單位自訂每3個月週期為2月1日至4月30日（3月1日召開會議）、5月1日至7月31日（5月2日召開會議）、8月1日至10月31日（10月1日召開會議）及11月1日至翌年1月31日（12月1日召開會議）】
