依職業安全衛生管理辦法第12條規定，職業安全衛生委員會(以下簡稱委員會)應每3個月至少開會1次，辦理審議、協調及建議安全衛生相關事項，並作成紀錄保存3年，委員會議由主任委員擔任主席，必要時得召開臨時會議。是以，委員會應依上述規定辦理並作成紀錄，至於委員會之召開，除常見之會議形式外，得以線上會議或採視訊等方式召開，並按委員會之組成、會議成效及事業單位內部之議事規則辦理。
