1.因應年關將近，該段期間為汽車貨運暨運輸倉儲業者繁忙之高峰期，常有超時工作易發生過勞，甚至導致職場安全顧慮，為協助雇主遵守勞動條件法令，並促進勞資雙方和諧及保障勞工權益，特宜蘭地區辦理宣導會。
