本中心為協助北區事業單位落實職業傷病診治工作，有鑑於工作相關心理壓力事件引起精神疾病認定不易，以及勞工經歷職災後常伴隨心理壓力的挑戰，特邀請國內相關領域專業人員，分享工作相關心理壓力事件引起精神疾病、創傷後壓力症候群之診斷、輔導實務經驗，進行經驗分享與意見交流，期提升相關資源運用之效益，爰辦理本研討會。
