參加本次研習會人員，給予「職業安全衛生業務主管暨職業安全衛生管理人員」安全衛生在職教育訓練，認證時數4小時。
惠請各事業單位參加人員於110年10月25日前至本署網站（https://www.osha.gov.tw/）/便民服務/線上報名，課程編號：110100438），課程名稱：110年度「職業安全衛生法及相關新修法規說明會」。
根據「嚴重特殊疾病性肺炎中央流行病情指導中心」「COVID-19(武漢肺炎)」因應指引參、進行相關風險評估，有關本宣導會現場參考評估指標以下列方式進行：
參加人員請事先過濾，須以近日無至流行地區旅遊史，無確診病例接觸史為原則。
參加者請自行配戴合格之醫療用口罩，主辦單位恕不提供口罩，現場報到須通過額溫檢測無發燒狀況（小於37 5℃），並且雙手進行酒精噴灑消毒，未遵守者不要進入會場。另外，參加者若有呼吸道症狀，身體不適，孕婦或正處於「健康自主管理」，「居家隔離」或「居家檢疫」等情形者，敬請避免出席活動。
參加室內會議人員以不超過50人為原則，參與人員需於線上報名方得參加，現場不接受報名參加，並採用梅花座方式入座。
