一、依據「辦理勞工體格與健康檢查醫療機構認可及管理辦法」第17條第4項及「勞工體格與健康檢查特定檢查項目檢驗機構指定及管理作業要點」第6點規定辦理。
二、指定大安聯合醫事檢驗所為辦理勞工體格與健康檢查特定檢查項目之檢驗機構，「血中鉛」、「尿中鉛」、「尿中鎳」、「尿中無機砷」、「尿中鎘」、「血中汞」、「尿中汞」、「尿中鉻」及「血清銦」之有效期間自中華民國111年1月26日至113年9月1日止。
