勞動部為強化特定化學物質作業管理，確保勞工健康，於110年9月16日修正發布「特定化學物質危害預防標準」部分條文 (詳如附件)，本次主要修正重點包括新增1,3-丁二烯、1,2-環氧丙烷為丙類第一種物質，銦及其化合物、鈷及其無機化合物及萘為丙類第三種物質，另將甲醛由丁類物質修正為丙類第一種物質；此外，新增局部排氣裝置應由經訓練合格之專業人員設計，並製作設計報告書與原始性能測試報告書；另明定設計專業人員之資格、條件及訓練課程、時數等規定，以提升人員之設計能力及裝置之性能。
本次修正條文除第2條附表一第3款第1目之22至24、第3目之13至15、第17條第2項、第38條第2項至第4項、第38條之1，自112年7月1日施行外，其餘自110年9月18日施行。詳細內容請參考附件。
