依勞動部109年12月22日勞職授字第1090201798號公告，醫學中心及公立醫院如有發生針具等扎傷事故，應通報至勞動部職業安全衛生署建置之勞工健康保護管理報備系統之針扎防護通報子系統(https://hrpts.osha.gov.tw/asshp/nsnet/nsnetLogin.aspx)。
前開系統僅限公告指定應通報醫療機構(醫學中心及公立醫院)申請帳號，帳號申請流程請參閱附件，如有系統操作疑義，請逕洽系統維運廠商「環資國際有限公司」(電話:02-66308000分機432)或本部職業安全衛生署陳小姐(電話:02-89956666分機8334)。
至公立醫院及醫學中心以外之醫療院所，非屬指定應通報扎傷事故之對象，相關針扎紀錄請依「職業安全衛生設施規則」第297條之2第1項第1款規定留存3年，並進行自主管理，無須通報至上開系統。
