有關今(20)媒體報導某工商團體領袖指稱，勞工檢查單位將企業當敵人，除將勞檢業務外包外，並請檢查合格單位給予開罰機會以便交差等情，勞動部職安署嚴正澄清如下:

考量我國產業結構以中小企業為主，為提升企業法令認知，避免過度衝擊，各級勞政主管機關於去(106)年係按「宣導期」、「輔導期」及「檢查期」之期程，逐步協助事業單位調適。在今(107)年3月1日勞動基準法新制上路後，並採宣導與檢查並重策略，對於有意改善確有困難者，亦提供諮詢輔導服務，以促使企業落實勞動法令，絕無將企業當作敵人。
勞動檢查乃政府公權力之行使，所有執法之勞動檢查員，均應依據相關人事法令進用，並依據各該勞動法令所訂規範及程序執行，所稱「勞檢單位將勞檢外包」、「受託單位要求開單以便交差」等情，絕非事實，工商團體領袖或有誤聽或被誤導，致有不實之反映。
勞動部職安署已設置勞檢反映專線:02-8978-8117，事業單位如遇有勞檢相關疑慮，均可即時向該署反映，將有專人立即處理。
