有關報載勞動部106年12月1日修正「危險性工作場所審查及檢查辦法」第2條條文明顯放水一案，勞動部職業安全衛生署特別澄清如下：
職安署表示，另對於仍屬範圍內之重大工程，持續嚴審嚴查，以督促營造工程業者落實施工安全，防止職業災害發生，職安署感謝各界關心，共同努力工安。
