中央氣象局今（10）日發布璨樹颱風海上警報，預測將於週六（9/11）接近、週日（9/12）由台灣附近北上，強度可達強烈颱風，勞動部職安署呼籲雇主應加強安全設施之防颱準備；颱風期間警報範圍內應停止勞工從事外送服務，其他如新聞採訪及災害搶救等必要之外勤作業，應事前評估危害，置備適當個人防護具、交通工具等安全設施。
職安署表示，依據往年經驗，颱風來襲易造成營造工地施工架、圍籬、塔吊等設施倒塌及物體飛落，危害勞工及社會大眾安全，雇主應於颱風來臨前加強穩固措施；勞工於鄰近水域及邊坡作業時，易因溪水暴漲或土石流造成撤離不及，致發生溺斃及土石掩埋災害，雇主應訂定緊急應變措施，如有危險應即通知作業勞工迅即撤離，並視情況展開救援；而颱風過後，營造工地邊坡作業易發生土石飛落及邊坡倒塌、崩塌等災害，另對於受損廠場修繕易發生墜落及感電等災害，應先評估作業風險，加強各項安全衛生措施，才能施作。
職安署再次提醒，雇主應確實依職業安全衛生法相關規定，對颱風期間易發生職災之作業加強各項安全應變措施，以避免勞工發生職業災害。
