吊升荷重在3公噸以上之移動式起重機，屬職業安全衛生法規範之危險性機械，應取得檢查合格證方可使用。近日發現，移動式起重機業者提供合格證影本與原核發之檢查合格證不符，疑似變造合格證，有偽造文書之嫌。
職安署表示，移動式起重機(俗稱吊車)廣泛應用於營造工程與工廠等需起重吊掛作業場所，因作業過程承受各種不同型態之負荷，如機具安全性不佳恐導致重大職災事故，故應經檢查機構檢查合格，並發給合格證。為避免合格證遭偽造或變造，目前製發之合格證上有透明雷射標籤、U.V.隱形油墨等防偽設計供辨識，事業單位也可利用手機掃描合格證上行動條碼(QR-Code)，核對移動式起重機之設備號碼、有效期限及照片等相關資訊，確認是否相符。
職安署提醒，事業單位工作場所如有使用移動式起重機作業，應核對合格證內容確認經檢查合格，以確保作業安全。另持有移動式起重機合格證業者應妥善保管，切勿借用他人使用，如發現有冒用、偽造或變造合格證者，違反刑法相關規定，將依法移送偵辦。
