鑑於中央流行疫情指揮中心宣布自7月13日適度鬆綁部分防疫措施，為落實職場防疫，勞動部職安署籲請事業單位務必遵循指揮中心管制規定及各主管機關相關鬆綁規範及指引，以確保勞工及國人健康。
職安署表示，國內疫情已逐步控制，惟至7月26日前疫情警戒等級仍維持第三級，事業單位仍須遵守防疫相關管制規定，對於職場防疫作為不宜鬆懈；而針對駕訓班、電影院、餐飲業、室內外運動場所及旅行業等指揮中心公告可適度鬆綁措施之事業單位，因應鬆綁後可能增加染疫的風險，為保護勞工健康，業者除遵守第三級警戒管制外，應參考各主管機關所訂定之相關指引規定，適當調整營運模式及落實相關防疫措施。
職安署為督促適度鬆綁防疫措施之事業單位落實職場防疫，將請勞動檢查機構納入職場防疫輔導查核對象；此外，該署官網已建置職場防疫專區，彙整職場防疫相關資訊，提供事業單位參考運用，籲請事業單位持續保持職場防疫之警戒，與政府共同努力，保護勞工安全與健康。
