勞動部已訂定「108年度規劃勞動條件落實法遵實施計畫」，將針對低度風險及小(微)型企業主動進行法遵訪視，藉由專人臨廠進行檢視，以協助事業單位落實勞動法令。
勞動部表示，我國適用勞動基準法事業單位約有70萬家，其中絕大多數為小（微）型企業，因人力資源相對有限，普遍對於勞動法令不夠熟悉或有適法上之困難，為協助其改善勞動條件，因而規劃法遵訪視服務。法遵訪視為行政指導之作為，並不會替代勞動檢查，對於拒絕接受訪視或遲未改善者，也都會有後續的監督作為，以確認法令遵守情形，對於勞工權益的保障並無減損。
勞動部強調，檢查處分向來就不是行政目的，重點在於讓事業單位真正了解勞動法令並加以落實。而過往的宣導、輔導等協助措施，都是以單向的法令說明方式進行，對於資源有限的小(微)型企業而言吸收有限，但實地操作仍易有問題，因此為協助企業解決適法困境，推動法遵訪視服務，期望能讓小(微)型企業熟知勞動法令，藉此提升國內勞動環境。另為使外界了解本計畫內容，以利法遵訪視進行，勞動部職安署業於官方網站上建置專區並放置作業流程、常見問答集、懶人包等資料，加強宣導法遵訪視作法，歡迎各界多加利用。
