針對今(28)日部分產、職業工會團體提出陪同勞動檢查權之訴求，勞動部表示，基於各行各業勞動型態及工作特性不同，該部前已參照《勞動檢查法》第23條之陪同鑑定規定，訂定地方主管機關執行勞動檢查邀請專家學者陪同作業處理原則，各主管機關實施勞動檢查時，得邀請專家學者陪同參與，該專家學者之資格即包括勞工團體等成員。
勞動部指出，目前已有臺北市政府、新北市政府及雲林縣政府等主管機關於實施特定專案檢查時，運用上開制度邀請產業工會人員參與，藉由其職場經驗，協助檢查員瞭解事業單位實際勞動狀況，未來將透過連繫平台，請各地方主管機關積極運用「專家陪同制度」，提升檢查成效。
