一、本署為提供職災勞工更適切、整合性之權益諮詢相關服務，原設置之職災勞工諮詢專線0800-001-850，自107年起與勞動部電話服務中心整併，職災勞工、家屬及雇主後續如有需要相關協助，可撥打諮詢專線「1955」進行諮詢(服務時間：上班日週一至週五08:00至18:00)。
二、各地方政府亦設有職業災害勞工主動服務窗口，可提供相關諮詢及個案管理服務，保障職災勞工及其家屬可獲得應有之協助，支持職災勞工及其家庭度過危機。
