一、勞工是企業最重要的資源，雇主應以勞工健康安全為優先。
二、中國大陸地區疫情持續上升，並陸續有城市採取封城或封閉式管理等措施，因此，雇主應儘量避免指派勞工前往中國大陸工作。
三、雇主如確有必要並經勞工同意，指派勞工至中國大陸工作，其職場防護重點如下：
(一)應評估勞工個人健康狀況，避免指派有慢性肺病(含氣喘)、心血管等疾病之勞工。
(二)強化勞工清潔、呼吸道衛生、自我健康狀況監測等感染預防措施之教育訓練。
(三)提供口罩、個人消毒用品等防護設備，及採取體溫量測、加強工作區域清潔、消毒及保持通風。
